| Park City, UT - A crew of America's best riders will highlight the 37-athlete roster for U.S. Snowboarding in 2009. The all star group includes X Games gold medalist Gretchen Bleiler (Aspen, CO), Olympic gold medalist Seth Wescott (Sugarloaf, ME), Olympic Gold medalist Hannah Teter (Belmont, VT), Olympic silver medalist Lindsey Jacobellis (Stratton Mountain, VT) Olympian Elena Hight (South Lake Tahoe, CA) U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix overall champion Louie Vito (Columbus, OH) and four-time X Games gold medalist Nate Holland (Squaw Valley, CA).

| Park City, UT - Keeping its sights set on developing future generations of riders, U.S. Snowboarding is launching the U.S. Snowboarding Freestyle Rookie program. The program will be under the leadership of the highly successful 2006 Olympic halfpipe coach Bud Keene, who was named as national freestyle development coach earlier this summer.

| Ketchum, ID - Businesses in Ketchum's downtown are open and accessible by foot traffic after Monday’s fire that destroyed Main Street business Whiskey Jacques, a popular nightspot in this Idaho ski resort town, and damaged the Sawtooth Club. Another building that was destroyed where the fire originated was empty and not operating at the time of the fire.

Brown cultivated perfectionism among his employees and his more than 25-year tenure as mountain manager at Vail is of legendary status. He led his team to develop advanced trails, snowmaking and, most importantly, the drive to be the best in the industry.
