| Riverhead Resorts LLC, the company hoping to build an indoor ski centre on long disused industrial at Riverhead, Long Island, is reported to have increased its bid for the land to $125 million in August. The group had earlirer increased their original $100 million bid to $110 million in July. |

| The long planned indoor snow centre at Dubailand will aim to recycle energy and be carbon neutral the company behind the project, the 32Group, have told local media. Solar panels built in top the top of the giant structure will generate energy to be used in the complex.
